About

We are living in unprecedented times with stressors that seem to appear at every turn. Many of us are managing households and pursing careers, but still wondering why we are not satisfied or happy. These pressing demands come at a cost and often we sacrifice our wellness, identity, and relationships in order to “get things done.” In my practice, I am committed to helping clients, not only survive, but thrive in their every day. A space where they can safely express emotion, explore areas that feel unfulfilled, and make changes with lasting benefit. I practice drawing from attachment focused, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and culturally-centered orientations. The goal is to develop awareness and from there, to pursue life-changing growth.
